(89-hadiths) (1)حدیث رسول کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا ” جس نے میری اطاعت کی اس نے اللہ کی اطاعت کی اور جس نے میری نافرمانی کی اس نے اللہ کی نافرمانی کی اور جس نے میرے ( مقرر کئے ہوئے ) امیر کی اطاعت کی اس نے میری اطاعت کی اور جس نے میرے امیر کی نافرمانی کی اس نے میری نافرمانی کی Hadith(1) Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, Whoever obeys me, obeys Allah, and whoever disobeys me, disobeys Allah, and whoever obeys the ruler I appoint, obeys me, and whoever disobeys him, disobeys me (2)حدیث رسول کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا ” آگاہ ہو جاؤ ، تم میں سے ہر ایک نگہبان ہے اور ہر ایک سے اس کی رعایا کے بارے میں سوال کیا جائے گا پس امام ( امیرالمؤمنین ) لوگوں پر نگہبان ہے اور اس سے اس کی رعایا کے بارے میں سوال ہو گا ۔ مرد اپنے گھر والوں کا نگہبان ہے اور اس سے اس کی رعایا کے بارے میں سوال ہو گا اور عورت اپنے شوہر کے گھر والوں اور اس کے بچوں کی نگہبان ہے اور اس سے ان کے بارے میں سوال ہو گا اور کسی شخص کا غلام اپنے سردار کے مال کا نگہبان ہے اور اس سے اس کے بارے میں سوال ہو گا آگاہ ہو جاؤ کہ تم میں سے ہر ایک نگہبان ہے اور ہر ایک سے اس کی رعایا کے بارے میں پرسش ہو گی ۔“ Hadith(2) Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: Allah's Apostle said, Surely! Everyone of you is a guardian and is responsible for his charges:The Imam (ruler) of the people is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects; a man is the guardian of his family (household) and is responsible for his subjects;a woman is the guardian of her husband's home and of his children and is responsible for them; and the slave of a man is a guardian of his master's property and is responsible for it.Surely everyone of you is a guardian and responsible for his charges. حدیث (3) میں قریش کے ایک وفد کے ساتھ معاویہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس تھا کہ انہیں معلوم ہوا کہ عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہما بیان کرتے ہیں کہ عنقریب قبیلہ قحطان کا ایک بادشاہ ہو گا معاویہ رضی اللہ عنہ اس پر غصہ ہوئے اور کھڑے ہو کر اللہ کی تعریف اس کی شان کے مطابق کی پھر فرمایا ، امابعد ! مجھے معلوم ہوا ہے کہ تم میں سے کچھ لوگ ایسی حدیث بیان کرتے ہیں جو نہ کتاب اللہ میں ہے اور اور نہ رسول اللہ ﷺ سے منقول ہے ، یہ تم میں سے جاہل لوگ ہیں ۔ پس تم ایسے خیالات سے بچتے رہو جو تمہیں گمراہ کر دیں کیونکہ میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے سنا ہے کہ یہ امر ( خلافت ) قریش میں رہے گا کوئی بھی ان سے اگر دشمنی کرے گا تو اللہ اسے رسوا کر دے گا لیکن اس وقت تک جب تک وہ دین کو قائم رکھیں گے اس روایت کی متابعت نعیم نے ابن المبارک سے کی ہے ، ان سے معمر نے ان سے زہری نے اور ان سے محمد بن جبیر نے Hadith(3) Narrated Muhammad bin Jubair bin Mut`im: That while he was included in a delegation of Quraish staying with Muawiya, Muawiya heard that`Abdullah bin `Amr had said that there would be a king from Qahtan tribe, whereupon he became very angry. He stood up, and after glorifying and praising Allah as He deserved,said, To proceed, I have come to know that some of you men are narrating things which are neither in Allah's Book, nor has been mentioned by Allah's Apostle Such people are the ignorant among you. Beware of such vain desires that mislead those who have them.I have heard Allah's Apostle saying, 'This matter (of the caliphate) will remain with the Quraish, and none will rebel against them, but Allah will throw him down on his face as long as they stick to the rules and regulations of the religion (Islam).' (4)حدیث رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا ” یہ امر خلافت اس وقت تک قریش میں رہے گا جب تک ان میں دو شخص بھی باقی رہیں گے ۔“ Hadith(4) Narrated Ibn`Umar:Allah's Apostle said, This matter (caliphate) will remain with the Quraish even if only two of them were still existing (5)حدیث رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا ” رشک بس دو آدمیوں پر ہی کیا جانا چاہئے ایک وہ شخص جسے اللہ نے مال دیا اور پھر اس نے وہ حق کے راستے میں بے دریغ خرچ کیا اور دوسرا وہ جسے اللہ نے حکمت دین کا علم ( قرآن و حدیث کا ) دیا ہے وہ اس کے موافق فیصلے کرتا ہے Hadith (5) Narrated `Abdullah: Allah's Apostle said, Do not wish to be like anyone, except in two cases: (1) A man whom Allah has given wealth and he spends it righteously.(2) A man whom Allah has given wisdom (knowledge of the Qur'an and the Hadith) and he acts according to it and teaches it to others (6)حدیث رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا ” سنو اور اطاعت کرو ، خواہ تم پر کسی ایسے حبشی غلام کو ہی عامل بنایا جائے جس کا سر منقیٰ کی طرح چھوٹا ہو ۔“ Hadith(6) Narrated Anas bin Malik: Allah's Apostle said, You should listen to and obey,your ruler even if he was an Ethiopian (black) slave whose head looks like a raisin (7)حدیث نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا ” جس نے اپنے امیر میں کوئی برا کام دیکھا تو اسے صبر کرنا چاہئے کیونکہ کوئی اگر جماعت سے ایک بالشت بھی جدا ہو تو وہ جاہلیت کی موت مرے گا Hadith(7) Narrated Ibn `Abbas:The Prophet said, If somebody sees his Muslim ruler doing something he disapproves of,he should be patient, for whoever becomes separate from the Muslim group even for a span and then dies, he will die as those who died in the Pre-lslamic period of ignorance (as rebellious sinners). (See Hadith No.176 and 177) (8)حدیث نبی کریم ﷺ سے فرمایا ” مسلمان کے لیے امیر کی بات سننا اور اس کی اطاعت کرنا ضروری ہے ، ان چیزوں میں بھی جنہیں وہ پسند کرے اور ان میں بھی جنہیں وہ ناپسند کرے ، جب تک اسے معصیت کا حکم نہ دیا جائے پھر جب اسے معصیت کا حکم دیا جائے تو نہ سننا باقی رہتا ہے نہ اطاعت کرنا Hadith (8) Narrated `Abdullah: The Prophet said, A Muslim has to listen to and obey (the order of his ruler) whether he likes it or not,as long as his orders involve not one in disobedience (to Allah), but if an act of disobedience (to Allah) is imposed one should not listen to it or obey it.(See Hadith No. 203, Vol. 4)
